Whether you are social distancing or now in complete isolation these are 3 simple tips to help keep your blood sugars in check and stay healthy.

  1. Check your blood sugars more frequently. It is hugely important that your blood sugar control is at it very best at the moment to help your immune system work effectively. Your normal routine and activity levels have probably changed significantly and this will undoubtedly have an impact on your blood sugars.

At the moment it is absolutely fine to go out for walks as long as you follow the guidelines and avoid close contact with others. You should definitely avoid any busier or built up places but find yourself a spot of countryside and get some fresh air. This is just as important for your mental health as it is your physical health.
